MACH-XTerms of Service
These terms apply to the Mach-X game and its online features. By installing or playing the game you agree to them. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
1. Using the game
You may install and play Mach-X for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the game, or modify it, cheat, or exploit bugs in its online features (rankings and co-op).
2. Purchases
- In-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play under Google Play's terms.
- One-time purchases (for example Supporter packs) are linked to your Google account and restored when you reinstall the game.
- Purchased items are cosmetic or unlock game content. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and the consumer law of your country.
3. Online features
World rankings and online co-op are offered as they are and may change, pause or end. Choose a callsign that does not offend, harass or impersonate anyone. We may remove ranking entries or callsigns and block players who cheat or abuse the online features.
4. Updates
Updates can add, change or rebalance game content. Some features need an internet connection or Google Play services.
5. Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Privacy
How the game handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted at this address with a new date.
